My actual PC
- Dell
XPS M1530 Notebook - "Neuro6" (Intel Core 2 Duo T9300 2.5GHz Penryn,
4096MB RAM DDR2, 200GB HD 7200, Nvidia GeForce8 GT 256MB, Windows Vista
Ultimate, Ubuntu). From May 2008
- Dell Precision 390 - "QUAD1"
(Intel Core 2 Quad 1.8GHz, 4096MB RAM, 432GB x 3 RAID5, NVidia GeForce
8 GTX 256MB, Windows XP). From June 2007
- Dell Workstation M70 Notebook - "Neuro 5" (Pentium M 2.0
GHz, 1024MB RAM DDR2, 80GB HD, Nvidia Quadro Go Fx1400 256MB, Windows
XP, Ubuntu). Acquired October 2005, running Linux now
- Custom Essedi - "Neuro3" (AMD Athlon XP 1700+, 512MB RAM,
40GB HD, NVidia GEForce2 MX/400, Windows XP, Linux Mandrake 9), the pc
that I using when I get back to home
- Custom - "Neuro2" (AMD Athlon Thunderbird K7 800 MHz,
512MB RAM, 85GB HD, DVD-RW, NVidia GEForce 4 Ti, Windows XP). Another
machine that I use when I am not at work, useful for looking movies
Dismissed
- Acer Aspire Notebook - "Skills" (Intel Core 2 Duo 1.6 GHz
T5500, 2048MB RAM DDR2, 120GB HD Serial ATA, Nvidia Go T7500 128MB,
Windows XP Media Center). Acquired November 2006
- Acer Travelmate 800 Notebook - "Neuro 4" (Pentium M 1.3
GHz, 768MB RAM, 40GB HD, ATI Radeon 9000, Windows XP and Debian Linux).
Acquired 20 May 2004. On October 05 the graphics card crashed
- PERCRO * Dell - "Neuro" (Pentium 4 2.4 GHz, 512MB RAM,
40GB HD, DVD-RW, ATI Radeon 9700). Acquired 10 March 2003, my old
working machine at PERCRO
- Dual Group - Notebook (AMD K6-2 333 MHZ, 64MB RAM, 3GB HD,
Cirrus & Technology 69000, Windows 98)
- Custom - "Neuro" (Intel K6 450), my old pc at home, it has
been dismanteled
- Olidata (Pentium 266MHz), another home machine, that has
been sold to a weather center in Tuscany
- Olivetti Echos 150DM Notebook (Pentium 150MHz, 32MB, 1.3GB
HD, 1 floppy 3.5", 12" VGA, Video Cirrus Logic CL-GD7548 1MB, Windows
95), ohh my second notebook
- DEC Digital PC 325slc Notebook (Intel 80386SL 25MHz, 4MB
RAM, 120MB HD, VGA, floppy and cdrom, Windows 3.11)
- Olivetti M290 (Intel 80286 20MHz, 16MB RAM, 40MB HD,
Paradise VGA, 1 floppy 3.5" 1.44MB and 1 5.25" 640KB, MSDOS 6.22 and
Windows 3.1) It was my second serious pc that was able to run Windows
and finally SimEarth
- Olivetti M19 (Intel 8088 4.77MHz, 640KB RAM, 2 floppy
5.25" 640Kb, MSDOS 3.33). Acquired in 1988. It was my second pc
- Olivetti M24 (Intel 8086 9MHZ, 640KB RAM, 20MB HD, CGA
video with 640x400x16 mode, 2 floppy 5.25" 640Kb, MSDOS 2.11). Acquired
in 1984 by my dad when I was a child. It was my first computer where I
started programming in GWBASIC
